.SH DESCRIPTION
.I Pcns
builds a namespace for the octopus PC. It does so by
dialing
.B tcp!localhost!styx
and then binding
.BR /mnt/registry ,
.BR /devs ,
and
.B /pc
to those served from the PC name space process (usually,
created by running
.IR pcrc (1)).
