update to even more massive firmware 1.4.26 from fw 1.4.12
fixing the following observed problems on SRs. from
myricom's list:

1.4.20 3) Make the NIC compliant with PCI-e 1.1
1.4.17 3) Ensure optimized firmware is reported as compatible with 631xESB southbridge
1.4.16 1) While interface is down, xaui port now emits a stream of K28.5
	symbols to prevent incorrect signal-tuning when plugged in a xg-fujitsu 700

we also observed transmitter lockups for ~500ms or so
which were solved by this fw.
